When will my order be dispatched?
All our products are made to order. Most of the time, it will take around three business days to make your order, although at busy times of year it may take longer. If you need your order urgently, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

We will not dispatch orders during periods of extreme heat We will notify if we are unable to send your order due to the weather.

How will my order be delivered?
We use Evri (previously Hermes) courier service or Royal Mail First Class to deliver our products. You can choose which service you would prefer when you check out.

Please note: in periods of hot weather, delivery by Evri in not available as the chocolates may be heat damaged in transit.

What about allergens?
Our products include known allergens, specifically (but not limited to) almonds, other nuts, milk, soya lecithin.  Our products are made in an environment that may contain peanuts.  Advice on allergens can be provided before purchase, please contact us for details.

How about gluten intolerance, vegetarian and vegan diets?
All our products are gluten free and suitable for vegetarians.
If you would like a vegan product, you can request designs in the Marzipan Gifts section to be made from 100% marzipan, which is suitable for vegans.

Can I order and pay by phone?
Yes, to order and pay over the phone, please call 07519 601 292.

Can I return my purchase?

We don’t accept returns unless we have made a mistake with your order.
