We have three types of fillings and flavours for our chocolates:
Marzipan
We know lots of people love marzipan (including us) and we use a smooth marzipan paste with a good almond flavour. All our designs can be filled and decorated with marzipan can be found in the Marzipan Gifts section. Do you want all marzipan and no chocolate, thats fine after all its your chocolate. Place your order and ask for Marzipan Only using the Customer Comments box at the checkout.
Caramel
This popular filling is rich and buttery with a deep caramel flavour – it’s simply scrumptious! Our caramel selection consists of plain caramel, caramel with a whole hazelnut in the centre, and salted caramel. Not a nut fan, no problem, just let us know in the customer comments section of the order at checkout.
Fondant Filling
This filling is quite difficult to describe – it has a lovely melt-in-the-mouth quality, smooth in texture and slightly soft to bite into. It comes in a range of flavours:
Fruits – strawberry*, raspberry*, black cherry*, blackcurrant*, lemon†, lime† and orange†
Rose – a fragrant flavour like Turkish Delight
Violet – a classic combo with Rose
Cappuccino – with coffee extract
Chocolate – for a double chocolate hit
Mint – packed with peppermint†
Orange – just like Terry’s!
Peanut Butter – crunchy or smooth
Chilli Chocolate – mild, medium or hot its up to you!
